10.1 Subscription Tiers – OFYE offers multiple paid subscription tiers. Each tier provides access to different levels of content, signals, and community features. The specific features, pricing, and availability of each tier are described on our pricing page at ofye.org and are subject to change with reasonable notice to existing Subscribers.

10.2 Billing and Payment – Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). Payment is processed securely by our third-party payment processor. We do not store your full payment credentials. All fees are stated in USD unless otherwise specified. You are responsible for applicable taxes.

10.3 Subscription Renewals – Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before renewal. You will be charged the then-current rate and we will provide reasonable notice of price changes.

10.4 Cancellation – You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds (see Section 11).

10.5 Failed Payments – We may suspend or terminate access until payment is successfully processed. We may retry failed payments and notify you via your account email.

Under no circumstances, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with trading signal performance, outcomes, or any other reason, are payments refundable after the purchase of a subscription or any other service offered by OFYE. By making a payment, the Subscriber acknowledges and agrees that all payments are final and forfeits any right to dispute the transaction.

FOYE LLC reserves the right to pursue recovery of any disputed or charged-back amounts to the fullest extent permitted by law.

The Website and Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Website will meet your expectations or be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure.

We expressly disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy of information.

Upon termination, your right to access the Website, use the Services, and any associated licenses will cease immediately. Terminated accounts are not entitled to refunds of any prepaid subscription fees.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively within the courts of competent jurisdiction in the United States.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at [email protected]. If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction in the United States.
